No Ads Terms is a contract describing an alternative usage and payment model for ads-based services. It emerged at Meta as part of an EU ruling forcing them to offer an alternative to forced consent under GDPR.
This discussion aims at identifying at least three examples of such documents across different services in order to justify the addition of that terms type to Open Terms Archive.
