Handbook subpages - contact link

On each subpages of http://www.opentechschool.org/handbooks/, at the bottom of the content
we need to add subtitle:
"Got any questions?" "Contact us?" [link to discourse]
and then:

"Help us improve the materials" button--> report a problem

Check if the design make sense. "Report problem" should be visually less imporant then "Contact us"
Exchange button with link if you think make more sense
