Harmonize design #1
Description
This page has a rather oldish design which is in line with the material layout. I think it would be worthwhile to redesign it in our main www layout (blog or city.)
This way, we would get the footer links for free, instead of replicating the "About OTS" text in a paragraph towards the bottom.
