A section with a few more (externally linked) exercises you can now solve with the stuff you learnt that day would be great. Even non-turtle stuff but more diverse to make people continue home/after the workshop and that shows coding as a tool to solve the problem. For example some math problems like the Project Euler would be good: http://projecteuler.net/problems or
