Plugin page does not show latest versions #41

This should show all versions since v0.5.0.0 to v0.6.0.0, however this is not the case. This is potentially caches not being updated as they should.

upon building OpenTabletDriver.Web and running it locally it fixes itself

The top one is downloaded from my local hosting of the website.
The middle one is downloaded from the actual plugin download page on
The bottom one is downloaded from http://opentabletdriver.net/Plugins

So is this something you can solve whereever you are hosting the website @InfinityGhost?
