Change displayed titles displayed in the Autopilot

Currently:
If you start a poll from an object which is not currently projected then this poll is automatically displayed in the autopilot.
Currently the projected title is: (Motion)/(Topic)/(Election) The respective Title - poll-title

Wanted:
The displayed title should be changed if the motion/topic/election is not projected.

• The brackets and their content should NOT be displayed
• The title for the election and the topic should still be displayed
• The title for motion should not be displayed
• Then a ":"
• and then the title for the poll
