When using the OPENSLIDES_BACKEND_CREATE_INITIAL_DATA env var to set initial data on container startup (as introduced in #2295) there is a bug causing the superadmin password to be set to the initial password again when restarting the container.

This PR was includud in OpenSlides version 4.1.9.

This issue is fixed in #2494.
OpenSlides version 4.1.12 will contain this fix.
