Change the project (or add another) to be more in line with the project in the second cycle project, just not as deep research focus:

  • Let the students dig into a specific attack, do case studies.
  • Then they present them and show a demo.
  • They should also provide a solution for how this attack could've been prevented.
  • E.g. a case like Mat Honan, but really digging in, and especially a bit more technical.
  • We need requirements on terminology and technical depth.
