The following functions exist only to support very old OTP versions and should be removed, refactoring their callers as appropriate:

exometer_util:ensure_all_started/1
exometer_util:ensure_all_started/2
exometer_util:seed/0
exometer_util:seed/1
exometer_util:seed0/0
exometer_util:uniform/0
exometer_util:uniform/1
exometer_test_util:ensure_all_started/1
exometer_test_util:ensure_all_started/2
