Description
New section to let the user change the color of the state of a resource in Sunstone.

Use case
Red and green color in vm states could be a problem for color blind people so there is needed a functionality to let the user change the color that corresponds to each vm state.
This also applies to every time that we use a color to represent some data, for example, the state of a datastore or a host, the state of an image, etc

Interface Changes
Create a section where the user can change the color of some elements. Should be a user settings data because the users of a same group could decide to use different colors in the states.
