Add more document and make the browser as container

Glad to see you guys create such a good thing, Very appreciate to your contributions.

After separate from minio, it may necessary to add more document about the project, how to build, and how to deploy. I tried to write a docker file, but the document on build the project was not accomplish. And i got lots of error when building the project. The readme file may also need update.

Containerize the browser may useful for people who original use the minio, and make the project possible to integrate with Kubernetes.

I tried to build it without docker. After git clone ... I only needed make to build the binary. I was able to login etc, but the biggest problem is, that MinIO removed the APIs too. You go to the users tab and get error messages, same for groups etc... :(

Forking the console seems not to be enough. Tested with latest MinIO binary

I will add the minio binary also once I figured out which commit to base it on
