Docker deployment

Deploy MIQA system with Docker.

Prerequisite

Docker 18.03+

Build

At current directory
Make a copy of .env.template file and rename it to .env file
Populate and update fields. (GIRDER_ADMIN_PASS needs to be at least 6 characters long)
docker-compose build
docker-compose up should finish without error
MIQA should be available at localhost:8080

Sample data

set SAMPLE_DATA=true in .env file to provision the docker instance with sample data

Note

The smtp-relay container is not required. Girder has the ability to send emails via any SMTP service.
