May I know from where I can download the OpenAM WebAgent Source and please list the steps to compile (Required Windows Apache24 WebAgent).

The source code is here https://github.com/OpenIdentityPlatform/OpenAM-Web-Agents There are instructions on how to build for Linux, not sure about windows

Any licensing issues ?
