Update companion apps internal and external URLs based on "get config" webhook

Problem statement

Currently if the admin user decides to change the internal URL or it's port (in Home Assistant), all companions app will be left with the old URL/Port, requiring manual update on each companion app device.

The companion apps also doesn't reflect external URLs set in Home Assistant network configuration either, requiring manual input in the apps.
