[MoorDyn Driver] “Invalid numerical input … while trying to read Gravity” in OpenFAST v4.0.5

Dear OpenFAST team,

I’m currently testing the standalone MoorDyn Driver (MoorDynDriver_x64.exe, version 4.0.5, compiled on 2024-01-18) distributed with OpenFAST v4.0.5 on Windows 10 x64.
When I attempt to run it with a standard input configuration, the driver immediately aborts with the following message:

Opening MoorDyn Driver input file:

Could you please confirm:
The expected text encoding and format for driver_input.txt in this version? If there is an updated example or template input file for the MoorDyn Driver distributed with OpenFAST v4.0.5?
