Is there a public link to OpenFAST v4.0.0 documentation?

Hi all,
I'm currently working with OpenFAST v4.0.0 and noticed that the main documentation site now points to version 4.1.2. Rather than building the v4.0.0 documentation locally, I was wondering if there's a publicly hosted version available—similar to the legacy documentation hosted at ebranlard-openfast.readthedocs.io for older OpenFAST versions.
Is there a direct link to the v4.0.0 documentation, or any archived version online?

the documentation should be nearly identical. The 4.0.5 version includes minor bug fixes from 4.0.0, which may be included in the documentation (the input files are identical, so updating to the latest bugfix version of 4.0.x should be painless).
