I want to quickly run dev mode in WebODM

Our company is developing programs based on WebODM.
To develop, you must enter './webodm.sh start --dev' in git bash.
However, if you run it by adding --dev like this, the execution time will be approximately 13 minutes.
How can I run it quickly?
