Elevations of the processed digital surface model different from the Google earth elevations

Hi all, I am experiencing a problem with the obtained elevations of the digital surface model processed with the software.
Once I extracted the dsm and uploaded to Qgis, I noticed that when querying a point on the dsm, its elevation did not match the elevation compared via Google Earth, with an error of even 30m.
What could this error be caused by (if it really is)?
Is there any way to resolve it?
