Goon: TEG blowers uninteractable

Description
Clicking on TEG blowers with empty hand shows hand interaction icon but popup does not appear, heard folks saying other popups aren't working either but this is where I saw it and can reproduce it.

Steps to Reproduce
Left click on TEG blower with empty hand, or right click + find it in the list.

Expected Behaviour
The TEG blowers have a menu popup that should appear when they are clicked.

I think these might be clicktips, which are sketch even on byond (satanic tooltips)
