The milestone timeline milestone timeline as well as the GitHub milestones are outdated. For example, "Milestone: RiskProfiler v1.0" is currently set to be due on December 1, 2021, when in fact we ended up postponing the actual v1.0 (soft-)launch to October 20, 2022 coinciding with the annual ShakeOut BC.

I decided to remove the outdated milestone timeline from README.md and hide it in docs/Progress-Update.md for now, but it would be nice to have it updated to reflect new dates for our various milestones. Ditto for GitHub milestones.
