Missing link in PSRA breadcrumb to return from community to national view

I am wondering about that too; it seems that the somewhat awkward way to get back to the national view is to click on the indicator name (e.g. "Average Annual Fatalities" in the breadcrumb, which would bring up the #psra PSRA pop-up page, and then either re-select the same indicator from the list, or click the cross on the upper-right corner to close the pop-up page, and then I see the national view.
