[FEATURE] Improve support for groups #52

We're using groups as labels for a lot of things in OpenCHAMI. @travisbcotton may be able to add further context.

Some nice-to-have features:

Update which groups a node is part of through POSTing to the node/component endpoint
Create a collection of groups that are always applied together.
Allow applying groups to a filter of nodes
- create_group_with_filter (resolves the group membership into a list of nodes that is then stored as the members of the group)
- Can filter achieve the collection of groups?
