Feature request: Open Control Panel

Been using Classic Shell / Open Shell since release on Windows 8 and it occurred to me today that with Microsoft doing away with the Control Panel in Windows 11 that there should be an effort to make Open Control Panel.

Most of the settings in Control Panel are just registry settings, so a lot of them should be easy to reverse engineer.

The more classic GUI components they remove, the more the community has to step up to put them back in I guess.
