Change Classic Explorer bar color?

White with dark theme doesn't match well =/ I'm wondering if there is any way to change the color? I use RetroBar (https://github.com/dremin/RetroBar) for my taskbar and I setup the start menu to match the Vista Aero theme very well. This white classic explorer bar is the only issue I have left I can't seem to figure out, I just want it to be dark like everything else. If anyone knows of a solution please lmk! Maybe this could be a new feature if there is no way to change it.

My limited knowledge has always been the 2 white bars are determined by whichever Windows theme you are using at the time. Fortunately 99% of themes have at very least both light and dark options.

You'll need either "ultrauxthemepatcher" (which will be explained as part of a simple tutorial) & a theme like "BIB3 for W11" (2 easy entry suggestions to get anyone up and running in seconds.

Two great places for talented theme designers (& so much more for tricking out your OS) would be vsthemes [dot] org &/or deviant art, which has become less & less free. Understandable but a beginner isnt going to spend $10 on a theme before even trying their first. :)

As you can see below im currently setting up a new OS install so Classic Explorer has no icons assigned (nor is the theme i intend using is shown etc) but to show you how the BIB3 theme mentioned above fills in the white areas and responds well with Classic Explorer I thought i'd include a screenshot.

Also note the line above classic explorer will be removed, I think it's part of StartIsBack (which I love its taskbar layout of being able to split into 3, yet to find an alt) when i find where to disable that Details line, I will. :)
