Where can i find start icons and taskbars

Where can i find new icons and taskbars cause the openshell forum seems pretty much dead.

If you mean old ico. files and and a taskbars, you can get some from me.
RetroBar is featuring a pretty high quality taskbars from Windows 95 up to Vista
