Review & update the current documentation of the library

Recently OntoRefine was separated from GraphDB (Release Notes).

Now the tool becomes separate product that Ontotext will develop and evolve as Ontotext Refine.

Currently the documentation is out-of-date and some statements are not true or even misleading.
It needs to be reviewed and parts of it re-written in order to reflect the new state of the products.

Furthermore that are going to be changes in the library logic that are also provoked by the separation and the new architecture of the Ontotext Refine.

The documentation should also:

• point to https://platform.ontotext.com/ontorefine/ontorefine-cli.html (the old content is https://graphdb.ontotext.com/documentation/9.11/free/loading-data-using-ontorefine.html#ontorefine-cli and will be updated when the CLI is released in Sep)
• state whether ontorefine-cli is built with this library
• if the binary ontorefine-cli is also distributed from here, then it should repeat the CLI documentation
