Detection

Tried detection models from here:
https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR/blob/develop/doc/doc_en/inference_en.md

EAST was bad. Don't know why
Output of DB Detector model:

Doesn't detect most Hindi boxes. Was trained only on English data

Further options:

Train / Fine-tune detector?
- Use GK's Synthetic data?
Use recognizer only?
- No. It's just English only. Too much hassle
