add reverse-debugging

Both GDB and the vscode debug adapter in principle provide that. While it is often limited by instruction support and one needs to manual execute "record" in the debug console it seems reasonable to possibly include the reverse-step button (only if the manual reverse-step works in at least one environment, of course). That's likely a reasonable extension or launch config setting (possibly defaulting to false).
