Blocking a person seems to still allow to see certain comments #708

It seems we missed some exclusion queries as someone has brought up to our attention that after blocking someone, they don't see the comments on their own posts from the person but do see them in other peoples posts.

When blocking someone, you currently dissapear from everywhere except communities where either you or the other person is a staff member (to make it impossible from people to hide from moderation). We should make it so that they can find each other however they can see that they are blocked.
