Bug: Part of the game won't appear on the screen

Whenever I try booting up 2D Minecraft, the screen is always cropped which prevents me from seeing or clicking certain menu buttons.
There's no way to make the screen smaller either to make room for the other buttons so clicking on certain things is practically impossible.

The Options and Quit Menu are still there but are almost out of reach.

Where's the create world button?
