When I get an alert like PR introduces a new package with a preexisting UUID DistributedJLFluxML 8fe19d99-2f95-4f97-b295-3943484668b0 https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General.git https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General/pull/78201, I need to:

  1. Open that PR
  2. Look for that UUID in the registry
  3. Locate the PR that introduced that UUID to the registry
  4. Confirm nothing suspicious is happening

Steps 2 and 3 could be automated to make this easier.
