Right now, it seems to be possible to create contents that have no ending #318

possible solution: each chapter must have a continue button (right now, a chapter can have zero elements, in which case it also does not have a continue button), and at least one of the continue buttons must always be "the end".

I think thats fine for now. We just have to make it understandable to the user to add an ending but requiring it will be too much work for today and tomorrow

fixed first part of this: continue button now always correctly shows at end of chapter.
working on second part
