Consider Bar with Markers chart

Consider switching to Bar with Markers chart instead of Gradient Radial Chart for releases and commits charts.
We could use goals as a requirement point and style these based on if the project under or above requirement. Ideally, we would show bars that surpassed requirement as red, and bars under requirement as green.

In this case we'd probably want to combine both Days since last commit and Days since last release charts into one block, showing 2 separate bars.

@ahmedxgouda this is not urgent, just something I thought of while reviewing your PR today. Gradient Radial chart works for now 👍🏼 , but I think this type might be visually clearer for users.
