The MVP should cover:

• API key scope (projects, chapters, etc)
• permissions (read only for now)
• secure key storage
• key lifecycle management (let's start w/ deletion)

Describe alternatives you've considered
We should consider using an existing solution for this problem on the backend side if it fits our needs and looks promising. Otherwise, just implement it from scratch.
