Tools for creating arrows in ArcMap 10.1 to 10.6 in Windows 7. Tested with ArcMap 10.5.1 in Windows 10.
This version is no longer maintained. We are moving to support only ArcGIS Pro, refer to the ORMAP-ArrowTools repository for the latest version.
Download and install the ORMAParrowTools.esriaddin file. Select a feature template in the Create Features window, then select an arrow tool. Right clicking anywhere on the map will bring up a context menu which has a selection for the help file. There you will find everything that the tool does.
