This PR replaces http://users.telenet.be/ with https://www.qsl.net/o/ everywhere.
This PR closes my issue #57 because it changes the code, however, existing installations will still see the old address of the manual because it is saved as part of the settings and the saved value takes precedence.
This PR also closes #23 regarding another copy of the manual which is currently also not available.
