Metrics of Interest for Testing

  • Number of notes processed per second
  • Total size of notes (characters)
    • Bucket of 1000 in a histogram
  • Number of total sentences
  • Number of total extracted concepts from NOTE_NLP
    • Distribution of extracted concepts per note (Histogram)
  • Note per patient
    • Distribution in a histogram

This site including its contents of concept glossary, risk factors and architecture is a demonstration of work-in-progress of the N3C and OHNLP groups. The contents of the page is under Apache License Version 2.0.
