Problem glaciers

Keep a list of glaciers which are creating problems:

• RGI50-03.04079 (WGMS name: Ward H. I. Rise): there seems to be no ASTER data available for it. Its coordinates are (-74.2248, 83.1066), and the last ASTER tile is at 82N.
  
• RGI50-07.01394 (GlaThiDa name: KVITOEYJOEKULEN): horrible ASTER topography

• RGI50-05.00446 (WGMS name: Amitsuloq Iska): no python error but seemingly an ice cap
  
• RGI50-02.13974 (WGMS name: Melville-South-Ice-Cap): something weird is happening with the lines (see orange one which is cut out). This is very strange and should be handled by OGGM
