Parenthesized infix operators are not working #106

Infix operators cannot be looked up when they're parenthesized:

$ ocp-index type 'Topkg.Cmd.(%)'
$ ocp-index type 'Topkg.Cmd.%'
t -> string -> t

The vim plugin doesn't work on infix operators, and I assume it's because of this.
