Android version : 11

OCS Inventory informations

Android agent version : 2.3.1

Problem's description

Describe your problem here
I have no serial number , the value is underknow
In app when i click on show my inventory

I have that only on Android 10 or 11 with Android 8 it's ok i have the serial number
