What documents or links do we have at the tender stage ?
Is the shortlist or pre-qualification report public?

@bdgcoder , please let me know. are there other documents?

How i can explain. For LPSE the document for Pre Qualification is already but not for public just for people with company registered in LPSE. The Documents that exist among others is you can look as template at https://inaproc.lkpp.go.id/v3/public/sdp/sdp.htm it's call standar bidding document. But depend on regulation https://jdih.kominfo.go.id/produk_hukum/view/id/172/t/undangundang+nomor+14+tahun++2008+tanggal+30+april+2008 for open on the public. Because Bandung depend on LPSE for competitive we must request the document to display it on the oc explorer.
