NuWro 17.01

The release related to new organization of NuWro repository:

• new repository: https://github.com/NuWro/nuwro
• new versioning convention: nuwro_[YY].[MM]
• new wiki: https://github.com/NuWro/nuwro/wiki (work in progress)

Please note that the bug were found in this release (introduced on Jul 5, 2016), causing fz option for formation zone not work properly. It is fixed in 17.01.1 release.
