docs: documentation missing

/docs directory existed until v5 but it disappeared on v6.

If there is a way to auto-generate them, I'll add a PR with the docs.

The previous version had errors and was out-of-date, so I removed it for now.

If we get a solid version working with the latest release, that'd be awesome.
