Support Astro 5

Now that Astro 5 is released, I tested it with this package, and I get this error:

[GenerateContentTypesError] `astro sync` command failed to generate content collection types: Only URLs with a scheme in: file, data, and node are supported by the default ESM loader. Received protocol 'astro:'
  Hint:
    This error is often caused by a syntax error inside your content, or your content configuration file. Check your src/content.config.ts file for typos.

I tried a few fixes but could not get it to work. Can you please help to get this working in Astro 5?
