Is it possible to do Lua's equivalent of vim.opts.<name>:append() within nvf.settings.vim.options?

The current implementation of toLuaObject does not handle :append. I find it a bit out of scope, as it might be a bit too abstract to try to cover for every edge case. Perhaps @horriblename can think of a better way of handling this, but right now vim.luaConfigRC is the cleanest and the easiest way.
