Create a function to compare the NVIverse packages with the NVIverse packages at github for NVI. The function should serve the same purpose as old.packages in base R.

If the NVIverse packages can be installed by a Cran-like repository compareable to the repository for Sykdomspulsen, there will be no need for this function as old.packages probably can be used.
