Reproduced on nRF5480 USB dongle.
To reproduce:

Create a server with a characteristic that has "write" and "reliable write" as properties
Connect to the server and try writing to that characteristic a value that's longer than the MTU or use reliable write mechanism from the client
nRF for desktop crashes
