Certain people should be able to acquire device certificates so they can add devices to Thingy World without the help a third person.

  • allow people with email addresses on certain domains (e.g. @nordicsemi.no, @partnercompany.com) to request a new certificate for a device.
    • They then become the owner of the device.
    • send the generated certificate as a Certificate Manager JSON to their email.
  • allow owners to provide a name for a device, this name should show up on the Thingy World immediately
  • allow owners to regenerate device certificates (this revokes the old one)
