Migrate from iptables-nft to nftables

Since nftables has come into de facto use among the major distributions there is this ambiguous situation between its use and NordVPN, which uses iptables-nft instead.
Having rules written with nftables coexist with others on iptables-nft is not the best solution, could a migration to the new nftables standard be started?

Yes, this is something we already have in our backlog, but I cannot predict when we will start working on this. We will surely prioritize this if there will be more compatibility issues reports.
