PostgreSQL service should throw a useful exception if services.postgresql.package is not set #180

If you don't set this attribute you get a wall of text that ends with error: user-thrown exception: Not defined. which does help users solve this problem. Instead, an error should be throw indicating that services.postgresql.package must be set.
